The Poutre (putR) or Beam has been used by French climbers for decades to specifically target weaknesses, develop fitness and monkey around with their friends. Noah Bigwood, long time climber, coach and Momentum’s beam craftsman will teach how best to incorporate our new beam into your training routine. This video introduces the idea of super sets which are quick training circuits which can be incorporated into your typical climbing session or used when time is limited. The routine can be tailored to all fitness and experience levels.
