The Poutre (putR) or Beam has been used by French climbers for decades to specifically target weaknesses, develop fitness and monkey around with their friends. Noah Bigwood, long time climber, coach and Momentum’s beam craftsman will teach how best to incorporate our new beam into your training routine. This video introduces some finger training ideas to do on the Poutre including how to increase contact strength and the proper technique for training with one arm hangs. Always properly warm up prior to any training routine.
